Question: Do you make custom orders?

Answer: Yes we do! If you don't see something that is exactly what you've been looking for just drop us a note at [email protected] and we'll let you know if we can make your extra-special sparkle request a reality! 

Question: Can I change the crystal colors?

Answer: Yes! See our Custom Crystal Color Menu. We're more than happy to help you achieve the exact look and combination that you would love.  (Additional charges may apply based upon crystal color/type)

Question: Can I send you a pair of my shoes to bling?

Answer: Unfortunately no, we only used brand new authentic shoes and licensed items from our distributors. 

Question: What if I don't see my size?

Answer: We make every effort to have all sizes available for any style/color you see in the store. Often, due to our flash email newsletter promotions, certain styles/colors will sell out in the blink of an eye causing our inventory to change several times a day.  We highly recommend if you see something that you grab it while it's still available in your size.  You can also be notified by email when/if your size comes back in stock. 

Question: Can I have my purchase delivered as a gift?

Answer: Absolutely! It's our pleasure to help you spoil that certain someone with a gift that we know will make them smile from ear to ear. You will see gifting options upon checkout when you make your purchase, or you can always email us and we'll be more than happy to help you with your surprise gift plans!
