We will provide your tracking number the moment your item has shipped. You can check our website for updates on your items shipping progress.
You will also receive periodic email updates on the status of your item and it's shipping progress.
Please be aware that once an item has been delivered to the shipper and the tracking number is provided that responsibility for the delivery of the package is out of our hands.
Important things to be aware of (so you can get your sparkle goodness without any bumps in the road):
We will ship to the address you provide us. You must make sure that the address you have put for delivery is correct. We cannot be responsible for lost packages and non-delivery due to an error in the address provided
We are not responsible for delays or issues on USPS behalf. Once we ship your item the delivery process is out of our control.
If the wrong address or invalid address is provided to us and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the new reshipment fee. The same is applied if the buyer fails to claim their package at delivery.
It is very rare for a package to be lost or damaged during the shipping process. Things do happen, however in that rare case we will do everything we can to assist..but after we deliver the item to the shipper we have no control over the delivery process. In the event something unfortunate does occur please email us but also contact USPS with the tracking information and they will be able to track what is happening and give you detailed information.

We DO NOT ship first class mail. The cost of shipping INCLUDES an upgrade to Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 days. There is tracking (which is NOT AVAILABLE with first class mail) from the time of drop off at USA post office all the way through to delivery.
Insured value is $100, however you may purchase FULL Value Insurance for an additional few dollars (actual price depends on final order value.)
Tracking information will always be provided to you once your item ships
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. NOTE: This is especially common in the UK.
Once your order is delivered to the shipping provider and the tracking is provided the delivery process is beyond our control.
