Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

IMPORTANT: These shoes are custom made to order. Based on the size and specifications you as a buyer provide, I get the shoe and glue each crystal by hand one at a time - A labor-intensive process- and made just for you. The customization process starts immediately with purchase. Therefore Jezelle Designs cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for personalized, custom products for errors made by a buyer, such as a size error.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Specifically, you MUST know your size in the shoe at time of purchase. I highly recommend going to a store and trying on the shoe you are looking to purchase from my shop to ensure you are ordering the correct size prior to your order. [All of the Converse and Nike I crystallize, for example, are available in local stores, malls, etc. to try on to ensure your fit prior to ordering. I would be happy to answer questions about this for you, if needed, please message me.]

*Please Note: Converse tends to run large. Some Nike may run small.

In sum, all orders from Jezelle Designs are custom made JUST FOR YOU based on your specifications.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
